The Human Tour

It's another round of rockin' live shows by Brandi Carlile. Adding another North American leg this fall for her highly-anticipated "The Human Tour", the singer-songwriter & producer looks forward to sharing her best hits and new music off of her new album "Returning To Myself". As the road calls, Carlile answers with beautiful nights of song. With a stop coming up in Stanford, at the Frost Amphitheater, the concert will be opened by special guest CMAT.

Returning To Myself

This extended trek supports Carlile's newest album, "Returning To Myself", released last October 2025. Praised by critics for its "philosophical" and "spiritual" lyrical tales matched with exquisite musical production, it's widely considered as one of the singer's best albums yet. Debuting at #7 on the Billboard 200, it marked her fifth top-ten album in the US.

Following her 2021 release "In These Silent Days", Carlile started writing songs with Elton John, including their iconic collab "Never Too Late". The pair soon released their collaborative record "Who Believes in Angels?". As she kept on writing and recording, Carlile was found feeling like she's "Returning To Myself".

As the album shares philosophical tension between reflection and connection, Carlile shares her deepest thoughts in a set of heart-striking tracks. "“Returning to Myself,” wonders aloud about how much value there is in going deeply inward for solitary reflection, versus constant connectedness," Variety writes in a feature, sharing how changes were looming in the singer's life.

While her previous solo record in 2021 tackled letting her diva self out once more, "Returning To Myself" finds Carlile sitting down with her thoughts, directly connecting to her listeners' hearts. While she wanted to be "out and loud" in the 2021 era where music was hungry to get out of the pandemic, "I wanted to be out and loud, because we had all been locked in for so long. And that’s not how I felt this time. I felt like I did that already, and I wanted to reflect on some of my atrophied ways of being and thinking," she told Variety.

On stage, witness all of these tensions and reflections come to life as she shares intimate nights of songs that find her "Returning To Myself" at The Human Tour. Don't miss out by booking your tickets now!
