Stick Figure is all over North America this summer. The critically-acclaimed reggae powerhouse will be headlining several famous festivals in the country, including the Reggae Rise Up. With eight albums under their helm, four of which went number 1 on Billboard’s Reggae chart, the band has been deemed among the country's most in-demand reggae acts. Their 2023 tour already has 20 dates over the summer, with more shows on the way until the third quarter. But the band shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, the touring members Scott Woodruff, KBong, Kevin Offitzer, Tommy Suliamn, and Johnny Cosmic have greatly adjusted to life on the road. The touring party even includes an official tour dog named Cocoa.

Stick Figure has come a long way since debuting in 2006 as a one-man band. Multi-instrumentalist and frontman Woodruff began performing in Massachusetts's local live band district. The following year, he dropped his debut album, The Sound of My Addiction, via his own music imprint, Ruffwood Records. The debut effort was shortly followed by his sophomore album, Burning Ocean.

By 2009, Ruffwood finally made a breakthrough on Billboard’s Reggae chart, Smoke Stack. The album peaked at number 8. In 2012, Stick Figure brought in new touring members, keyboardist Kevin Bong, drummer Kevin Offitzer, and bassist Tommy Suliman. The band embarked on a massive tour with The Green and performed in 18 cities. The following year, the band set out on their first headlining tour.

In 2015, Stick Figure released their first number 1 album, Burial Ground. The record topped the Reggae category and peaked at number 17 on the Heatseekers chart. By this time, the band’s headlining tour has been selling out shows left and right. They were also headlining big reggae festivals, such as the Reggae Rise Up.

After achieving commercial success with Burial Ground, the band’s subsequent albums, Set in Stone, World on Fire, and Wisdom, all went to number 1. Set in Stone stayed in the Reggae chart for over 70 weeks, while World on Fire and Wisdom soared to numbers 34 and 51 on the Billboard 200.
