Steve Thomas Lacy-Moya is an incredible singer-songwriter, guitarist, and record producer! His talent is absolutely mind-blowing! He started out absolutely killing it as the guitarist for the incredible alternative R&B group, the Internet! Before being featured alongside the legendary Frank Ocean on Tyler, the Creator's "911 / Mr. Lonely"? And get this, he's also been co-writing songs for some seriously talented artists like Solange Knowles, Chloe x Halle, and Kendrick Lamar – when he collaborated with on the incredible track "Pride". Lacy is definitely one to watch in the music industry!

By 2019, Steve Lacy was ready to drop his debut album, Apollo XXI. It is seriously fire! And get this, it even got nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards. That's how you know it's legit. Then he featured on the epic track "Sunflower" by Vampire Weekend in that same year. Plus, he teamed up with the legendary Calvin Harris (as Love Regenerator) and dropped the sickest track ever called "Live Without Your Love", and totally slayed the charts in the UK!

Steve finally got around to a second studio album, Gemini Rights, and again it's an absolute hit, totally crushing the charts, peaking in the top ten of the Billboard 200! The album spawned the hit track "Bad Habit", which became Lacy's first song to reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100 after going viral on TikTok, where a snippet of the song was used as the soundtrack for over 400,000 videos on the platform. Wow, this track is an absolute banger! It's no surprise that it's been nominated for not one, but two Grammy Awards – Record of the Year and Song of the Year! And to top it off, the album it's from won Best Progressive R&B Album! Finally, to top off an outstanding year, Steve was just named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2023! That's seriously impressive!

The 2023 Re:SET Concert Series will tour outdoor performances. LCD Soundsystem, boygenius, and Steve Lacy will headline the premiere. Over four weekends in June, each Re:SET headliner will play in three nearby cities on consecutive days. The notion frees performers from summer shed and amphitheater schedules. Local eateries, bars, and breweries will serve food and drinks during Re:SET, giving fans a unique, community-focused experience.
